Method of collection
Your personal data is collected through the messages created in WhatsApp by the forms on this website, phone calls, Instagram messages, booking platforms such as Airbnb, and face-to-face communication. The forms on this website do not send data to or store data on any server.
Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public bodies in line with legal obligations, to our business partners (e.g. event planners) to the extent necessary to provide the service, and to the providers of the platforms through which we communicate (WhatsApp, Meta, Airbnb). As these platforms may be located abroad, if you contact us through these channels your data will be processed on the servers of the platform concerned.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and its erasure or destruction where the relevant conditions are met; to object; and to claim compensation for any damage. You can submit your requests through the contact channels above; they will be resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
