Booking
How do I book?
There are two ways: fill in the form on this site and send your dates via WhatsApp, or book instantly through our Airbnb listing.
How much does it cost?
Prices vary by date, season and length of stay. Send us your dates and we’ll confirm the current price in writing.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within an hour. We share availability, price and payment details in writing.
Are long stays possible?
Yes, we welcome stays of 28 days or longer.
Your stay
How many people does the house sleep?
A maximum of 5 guests. There are two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds) and three bathrooms. A travel cot for babies is always available.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you arrive early or leave late, you are welcome to leave your luggage.
Do we share the pool and garden with anyone?
No. Throughout your stay, the entire house, pool, jacuzzi, garden and parking are yours alone.
Is the pool heated?
The pool is open for your use all year round, at any hour of the day. The jacuzzi is heated, and you can keep the water at whatever temperature you like.
Is the house warm in winter?
Yes. There is underfloor heating, a fireplace and air conditioning in every room, with constant hot water.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. There is a travel cot, a cot and high chair on request, an outdoor play area and a children’s bicycle. As the pool and jacuzzi have no gate, young children must be supervised.
Do you accept pets?
No. As peacocks and chickens live in the garden, we are unable to accept pets.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted indoors; you are welcome to smoke in the garden.
Location & getting here
How far is the airport?
Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is about 20 minutes away (23 km).
Do I need a car?
As the house is out in nature, we recommend a car. There is covered parking and EV charging on the property.
Where is the nearest beach and shop?
Ahmetbeyli beach is about 7 km away. Village shops are 5 minutes by car, supermarkets 10 minutes.
Events & shoots
Can we hold a wedding or engagement in the garden?
Yes. We host garden weddings, engagements, promise ceremonies, henna nights and intimate celebrations. Capacity, music hours and price depend on the event; you can send your enquiry using the form on our events page.
Are commercial shoots permitted?
Yes, our house rules permit commercial shoots. For details, see our shoot location page.
Will there be another event during our stay?
No. The house and garden are only ever reserved for one group at a time.
Official information
Is the house officially registered?
Yes. Sarob Home’s registration number is 35-1012.
Will I need to provide ID?
Yes. Under Turkish law, the identity details of staying guests are recorded at check-in.
